Join us for the Islands Resilience Conference: Changing Landscapes, a collaborative conference exploring how communities across the Outer Hebrides can prepare for, and respond to, the challenges and opportunities of a changing climate.
The event will bring together community members, organisations, and practitioners to share knowledge, discuss local priorities and help shape future climate action across the islands. Presentations will be delivered by the Outer Hebrides Climate Hub, Comhairle nan Eilean Siar, and other guest speakers, highlighting practical examples of climate adaptation, land stewardship and community resilience.
Alongside presentations, attendees will take part in interactive workshops designed to identify the most effective ways to move forward with adaptation efforts in the Outer Hebrides. Feedback gathered during the day will help inform the development of local climate change and adaptation policies, ensuring that community voices are reflected in future decision-making.
A free lunch and refreshments will be provided, offering opportunities to network and connect with others who are passionate about the future of our islands.
