The People’s Emergency Briefing Screening & Discussion – UHI Stornoway Campus

Join us at UHI North, West and Hebrides' Stornoway Campus for a free community screening of The People's Emergency Briefing, a new national film exploring the climate and nature crisis and what it means for communities across the UK.

Developed from the landmark National Emergency Briefing held at Westminster in 2025, the film brings together expert insights on topics including food security, health, infrastructure, the economy and the natural environment.

Following the screening, we'll hear from the Outer Hebrides Climate Hub and university representatives, who will share their experiences and discuss climate action in the context of island communities. There will also be opportunities for discussion, questions and conversation over refreshments.

Whether you're already involved in environmental action or simply curious to learn more, everyone is welcome. Come along to connect with others, explore the challenges and opportunities facing our society, and be part of the conversation about our shared future.
